All Seasons Standard Barbecue Menu
 

At a price of only $40 plus GST, our standard barbecue menu consists of meat options of a juicy red wine & garlic marinated chargrilled rump steak, delicious, sizzling beef sausages and nourishing honey & soy marinated chicken thigh fillets. The spectacular taste of these meats is enhanced with servings of roasted garlic, rosemary and thyme potatoes, fried onions, tasty coleslaw, potato salad accompanied by bacon and spring onions and a mixed leaf salad. Warm dinner rolls & butter round off the main course of the menu. A refreshing dessert course choice of lemon & lime brulee or a fresh melon & fruit platter completes our first barbecue offering.

All Seasons Catering's Premium Barbecue Menu

For an additional $10 plus GST, sirloin steak replaces the rump steak, pork sausages replace the beef verisons and our chicken fillets are from the breast, rather than the thigh. Our customers can also enjoy all the other great tastes of our standard barbecue with the addition of a generous serving of fine Australian cheeses, an assortment of crackers and a selection of dried fruits.

At a cost of $60 plus GST, our deluxe barbecue menu offers, in the meat course, the addition of a succulent red wine & garlic marinated, chargrilled scotch fillet steak, spicy Italian pork sausages and home made garlic prawn, red onion & cherry tomato skewers. The accompaniments are supplemented with a gourmet potato salad with bacon & spring onions, a traditional Caesar salad and a mixed leaf & shredded vegetable Asian salad.

Finally, the dessert choice is increased by the addition of a generous serving of Rocky Road cheesecake.
