RACA Opposes Public Holiday Penalty Rates

Restaurant And Catering Australia are leading the opposition to Sunday and public holiday penalty rates, in the ongoing Fair Work Commission review. John Hart of the RACA urges the review to remove penalties for Sunday working, which he feels lead to restaurants and hospitality operations closing on those days.
